London Networks has several Certified Cisco engineers to assist you with any problems you may encounter. To accompany our Maintenance packages, we can offer ongoing support, dependent upon the level of maintenance purchased.
Alternatively we also offer the services of engineers on an entirely ad-hoc basis, whether you need assistance for an hour or a month, we have an engineer to help you.
Please talk to your LNS representative about any requirements you may have for an engineer, and he will be happy to arrange one for you.
